3. Rental Agreements

To use our office rental Services, you must sign a rental agreement specifying the terms of your rental, including duration, fees, deposit requirements, and any specific rules that apply to the rented space. These Terms are incorporated by reference into each rental agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• Rental Fees: The rental fee, deposit, and payment schedule are specified in your rental agreement. All payments must be made on or before the due dates stated in the rental agreement.
• Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in termination of the rental agreement and access to Services.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the rental agreement and the cancellation policy outlined below.

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required and will be held for the duration of your rental. The security deposit will be refunded upon termination of the agreement, provided the office space is returned in satisfactory condition, subject to deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

6. Use of Premises

The office spaces provided are for professional use only and must not be used for unlawful, illegal, or inappropriate activities. You agree to:

• Compliance with Law: Adhere to all applicable UK laws and local regulations.
• Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the office space.
• Prohibited Activities: Avoid any activities that may cause damage to the property, disturb other tenants, or violate safety regulations.

7. Access to Premises

Access to rented spaces is limited to the hours and terms specified in your rental agreement. Unauthorized access or misuse of the premises is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

8. Termination of Agreement

• By Tenant: You may terminate your rental agreement as outlined in the rental agreement, with prior written notice to FIND A DESK Limited.
• By FIND A DESK: We reserve the right to terminate your agreement if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, or engage in prohibited conduct.
• Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you must vacate the premises immediately, remove all personal belongings, and return the premises in good condition. Any damages beyond reasonable wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit.

9. Liability and Indemnity

• Limitation of Liability: FIND A DESK Limited is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred while using our Services, except as required by law.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold FIND A DESK Limited harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the rented office space, including any damage caused to the premises or violation of these Terms.

10. Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for your business and personal property. FIND A DESK Limited does not provide insurance for personal belongings, equipment, or other property you bring onto the premises.

11. Internet and IT Services

We may offer internet and IT support as part of your office rental. You agree to use these services responsibly and refrain from engaging in any activities that may compromise the security or performance of our systems.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

13. Force Majeure

FIND A DESK Limited is not liable for any failure or delay in providing Services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to Services and Terms
